Deanne is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies. Deanne holds certification in the Parents as Teachers educational model serving families expecting a baby through age 5 as well as the Mothers & Babies educational model developed by Northwestern University.
Additionally she is a nationally certified car seat tech.
Deanne brought more than a decade of experience in working with children and families to the Cottage and has been employed at the Parenting Cottage since 2017.
Deanne provides oversight for the delivery of the agency’s community based services in multiple areas. Deanne also represents the Parenting Cottage on multiple community coalitions and advisory committees.
Prior to coming to the Cottage, Deanne was employed with the Texas Migrant Council.
